  1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and steam for about 30 minutes until they are tender. Then let cool and cut into thin strips.
  2. Mix all the sauces and herbs in a small bowl, then pour the dressing over the carrot strips and let it marinate for 12-24 minutes.
  3. The bagels toast and top with hummus or vegan cream cheese and pickled carrot strips.

300-500 g carrots

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp spring onion

1 tsp Active Spices ™ (Lemon Herbs)

1 tsp algae flakes – for the fish taste

Optional: 1 tbsp grated horseradish
