<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">How is that possible? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Because only a small percentage of body fat makes a six-pack visible. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It is said that the percentage of visible abdominal muscles in women is 17-20% fat, in men 10-13% fat. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The less% body fat percentage, the more visible the abdominal (and other) muscles become! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">But be careful: Especially with women, too little body fat is quickly no longer healthy. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Then there may be disturbances in the hormonal balance and further complications.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">One should keep in mind that a healthy diet is not primarily about losing weight. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Because just because a person is slim does not mean that they are healthy and fit. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The same applies, of course, the other way around. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">My attitude to being healthy: Give your body what it needs, what it was originally built for and feel comfortable with what you do!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">What I mean in detail:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Man was made to move and not to sit at a desk. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">So give him the necessary balance through enough\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/de\/the-core-de\/2017\/01\/12\/healthy-happy-so-erreichst-du-deine-vorsaetze-fuer-2017\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">exercise and sport<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> . <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">A lot of movement can also be easily integrated into everyday life.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Humans were NOT designed to feed on gummy bears, puddings or ready meals. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">That said, everything you eat should be made as naturally as possible and with as few unnecessary additives as possible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Diets bring nothing in the long run. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It is more important to find a lasting balance, as well as a nutritional style that is INDIVIDUALLY compatible and can be easily integrated into everyday life. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Strict prohibitions and rules inevitably lead to the opposite in the long run &#8211; the well-known cravings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Here are my tips for a good, simple and healthy diet:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">1) Open your eyes! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Read the ingredients on the back of the packaging and look for additives such as sugar, stabilizers, etc. Generally speaking, the shorter the list of ingredients, the better.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">2) Try something new! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">There are so many good and healthy natural products that taste great and can be easily integrated into your meals. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">If you take a closer look at the supermarket shelves, you will now find a lot of them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">3) deal with the topic of nutrition! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Learn what is good for your body, try new things, deal with various forms of nutrition.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">4) Take your time to eat! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It&#8217;s not about shoveling something in during lunch break, but about learning to enjoy the food again. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">This automatically makes you eat slower and more consciously. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">And that is good for the body.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">5) Do it yourself! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Doing it yourself is always better than buying it. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">You know what&#8217;s inside, where it comes from and how it was prepared. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">If you don&#8217;t have the time to cook something fresh every day, just prepare it on the weekend. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Boiled rice, pasta, potatoes and chicken, fish and vegetables can be pre-cooked.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">6) Simplicity is the key to healthy eating! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Include a carb, protein and healthy fat source in every meal. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Add a good vegetable side dish and you&#8217;re done! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">You can find tons of healthy food lists from each of these categories on the Internet.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">7) Start the day with a good breakfast! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">I know that there are also opponents of this theory. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It is a fact, however, that people who eat little and insufficiently during the day strike even more in the evening. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">And here we come to the next point:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">8) Prepare your breakfast the night before! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">My personal tip: Overnight Oats! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">They can also be varied very well. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">With <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/de\/quark-pulver.html\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">curd cheese<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/de\/nahrungsmittel\/nusse-samen.html\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">nuts<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/de\/nahrungsmittel\/getrocknete-fruchte.html\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">fruits<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/de\/pure-whey-protein-de.html\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">protein powder<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> etc. There is a super smart <\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">low-carb alternative<\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">9) Always have a healthy snack ready! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Often you do not eat unhealthy food because you are so keen on it, but because you are hungry and there is nothing else available than the baker with his many sweet pastries.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">10) The rest comes all by itself!
