Forbered enten en silicone mini muffin form ved at putte den i fryseren eller for en mini muffin form med bagepapir og spray med non-stick spray.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Smelt chokoladen over et vandbad<\/p>\n<p>3.) H\u00e6ld \u00bd af den smeltede chokolade i mini-muffin formen (silicone eller normal) og form koppen ved at tr\u00e6kke chokoladen op af siderne med en ske.<\/p>\n<p>4.) S\u00e6t formen i fryseren<\/p>\n<p>5.) I en lille sk\u00e5l blandes proteinpulver, stevia og salt. Bland herefter yoghurt i og til sidst m\u00e6lk.<\/p>\n<p>6.) Hvis fyldet er for tykt, tils\u00e6t da 1 spsk m\u00e6lk ad gangen indtil \u00f8nsket konsistens er opn\u00e5et.<\/p>\n<p>7.) Fjern formen fra fryseren og fordel fyldet mellem kopperne. Placer formen i fryseren igen og smelt resterende chokolade over vandbad.<\/p>\n<p>8.) Fordel den smeltede chokolade p\u00e5 toppen af peanut butter cup<\/p>\n<p>9.) S\u00e6t i k\u00f8leskabet til afk\u00f8ling og opbevar i en luftt\u00e6t beholder i k\u00f8leskab, hvor de kan holde sig 3-5 dage.
