Put bagepapir p\u00e5 en bageplade.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Rist jordn\u00f8ddemelet p\u00e5 en pande indtil det er gyldent. S\u00e6t 3 tallerkener op &#8211; 1 med ristet jordn\u00f8ddemel og 1\/3 tsk salt, 1 med \u00e6g, soja og peanut butter og 1 med \u00e6rteprotein, paprika og 1\/4 tsk salt.<\/p>\n<p>3.) D\u00e6k hver filet med f\u00f8rst \u00e6rteproteinblandingen, herefter \u00e6ggeblandingen og til sidst det ristede jordn\u00f8ddemel. L\u00e6g p\u00e5 bagepapiret og klap paneringen p\u00e5 plads med h\u00e5nden, s\u00e5 du er sikker p\u00e5 at den sidder fast.<\/p>\n<p>4.) Bag i ovnen i 15 minutter eller indtil gyldenbrune.<\/p>\n<p>5.
