Derfor kan det v\u00e6re en fordel at indtage protein ud over det dagligt anbefalede indtag for normale mennesker. (1)<\/p>\n<h3>OPTIMALT PROTEIN INDTAG<\/h3>\n<p>Det anbefales at indtage mindst 2g protein per kg fedtfri kropsmasse. (2)<\/p>\n<p>Hvis man for eksempel vejer 90 kg, minus 20% kropsfedt, s\u00e5 har man 72 kg fedtfri kropsmasse. 72 * 2 er lig med 144 g protein om dagen.<\/p>\n<p>Det er ret meget tofu!<\/p>\n<p>Men s\u00e5 er det heldigt, at der findes mange former for vegansk proteinpulver p\u00e5 markedet. Der er ikke noget specielt ved dem, ud over at det er en meget nem m\u00e5de at f\u00e5 mere protein p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>De typiske former for vegansk proteinpulver er <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/dk\/sojaprotein-isolat-90.html\">sojaprotein<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/dk\/hamp-protein.html\">hamp protein<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/dk\/risprotein-80.html\">risproteinpulver <\/a>eller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/dk\/aerteprotein.html\">\u00e6rteprotein<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>AMINOSYRE PROFILER<\/h3>\n<p>Protein er opbygget af byggeblokke &#8211; aminosyrer. Der er 21 aminosyrer der alle bruges af kroppen. Vi kan omdanne mange af dem i kroppen, men der er 9 af dem, vi ikke kan producere selv og m\u00e5 komme udefra. Men hvor meget af de essentielle aminosyrer skal man have? Man kombinerer dem!<\/p>\n<p>Denne blanding er ret popul\u00e6r, da \u00e6rteproteins tekstur komplementerer risproteins tekstur. Det smager simpelthen bare bedre sammen.<\/p>\n<h3>DIT VALG<\/h3>\n<p>Uanset hvilket proteinpulver du v\u00e6lger er naturligvis dit eget valg.
