Men i stedet for at lede efter et ordentligt tr\u00e6ningscenter i turistf\u00e6lden eller bruge et h\u00e5bl\u00f8st hotel gym&#8230;..hvorfor s\u00e5 bare ikke bruge hvad du har ved h\u00e5nden &#8211; nemlig dig selv!<\/p>\n<p>Her 5 hurtige, h\u00e5rde bodyweight tr\u00e6ninger. Et godt mix af stille og rolige full body tr\u00e6ninger og konditionstr\u00e6ninger. De tager ca. 10 minutter og de kr\u00e6ver ikke andet end et bord, hvis det skal v\u00e6re vildt. Du beh\u00f8ver ikke en gang l\u00f8besko, hvis du er i n\u00e6rheden af en strand!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">1) The Old Fashioned<\/h3>\n<p>5-7 runder<\/p>\n<p>Ingen eller minimalle pauser<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Air Squat &#8211; 20 gentagelser<\/li>\n<li>Burpees &#8211; 15 gentagelser<\/li>\n<li>Push Up &#8211; 10 gentagelser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2) Super Sevens<\/h3>\n<p>7 runder<\/p>\n<p>Ingen eller minimalle pauser<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shrimp Squat &#8211; 7 p\u00e5 hvert ben<\/li>\n<li>Hindu Push Up &#8211; 7 gentagelser<\/li>\n<li>Inverted Rows eller pull ups &#8211; 7 gentagelser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dette er en shrimp squat. K\u00f8r den variant der tillader dig at tage 7 reps. Gentag indtil der er g\u00e5et 4 minutter. Lav samme antal reps eller flere hver gang.<\/li>\n<li>50 push ups &#8211; I eget tempo og valgfri s\u00e6t\/rep opdeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4) The Running Man<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 x 30 sekunder sprint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2-4 minutters pause efter hvert sprint<\/p>\n<p>Varm op med let l\u00f8b.
