Forvarm ovnen til 170 grader C.<\/p>\n<p>2.) I en sk\u00e5l blandes Cashew Sm\u00f8r og m\u00e6lk indtil der ikke er nogen klumper. Herefter tils\u00e6ttes \u00e6ggeblommer og agave. Hviderne opbevares i en separat sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>3.) Tils\u00e6t resten af ingredienser, undtagen \u00e6ggehviderne, og bland godt.<\/p>\n<p>4.) \u00c6ggehviderne piskes stive og foldes ind i dejblandingen i den anden sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>5.) H\u00e6ld blandingen i en smurt br\u00f8dform indtil overfladen bliver gylden. Br\u00f8det er f\u00e6rdigt, n\u00e5r man kan stikke en en tandstik eller en gaffel i uden at der h\u00e6nger noget fast. Hvis der er noget p\u00e5 gaflen n\u00e5r man tager den ud, s\u00e5 lad br\u00f8det st\u00e5 lidt l\u00e6ngere i ovnen.<\/p>\n<p>6.) Lad k\u00f8le helt af inden det sk\u00e6res.<\/p>\n<p>7.) Man kan \u00e6ndre i opskriften og tils\u00e6tte n\u00f8dder, fr\u00f8, oliven eller krydderurter, hvis man vil have mere smag.
