Perceived Stress Scale.<\/p>\n<p>Herefter fik deres maksimal isometrisk styrke p\u00e5 leg press og de blev sat til at lave 6 s\u00e6t leg press\u00a0til failure.<\/p>\n<p>De efterf\u00f8lgende 4 dage blev der dagligt testet maksimal isometrisk styrke for \u00a0leg press.<\/p>\n<h3>Resultatet<\/h3>\n<p>De studerende der var mindst stressede (stress faktor, MNPSS: 9) kunne pr\u00e6stere 100% isometrisk styrke efter 24 timer og de kunne pr\u00e6stere en h\u00f8jere isometrisk styrke efter 72 timer.<\/p>\n<p>De studerende der var mest stressede (MNPSS: 19) kunne selv ikke efter 96 timer n\u00e5 op p\u00e5 100% isometrisk styrke.<\/p>\n<p>Ovenst\u00e5ende resultater er justeret for tr\u00e6ningserfaring og arbejdsbyrde.<\/p>\n<p>Konklusionen er, at i perioder hvor man er b\u00e5de mentalt stresset (arbejde, skole) og fysisk stresset (h\u00e5rd tr\u00e6ning) vil ens restitutionstid v\u00e6re \u00f8get.
