Men det skader bestemt heller ikke hvis man bruger kulhydrater der ogs\u00e5 er lidt gods i, som for eksempel havregryn!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 hvad er bedre end Peanutbutter Flapjacks?<\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUKTIONER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Forvarm ovnen til 170 grader C.<\/p>\n<p>2) H\u00e6ld vand og agave sammen i kasserole (eller sk\u00e5l hvis du bruger mikroovn). Pisk VitaFiber\u2122 pulveret i og varm op. I mikroovn kan du varme 2 x 30 sekunder. R\u00f8r rundt indtil\u00a0VitaFiber\u2122 er opl\u00f8st.<\/p>\n<p>3) Fold Peanut Butter og Kokosolie i og herefter sukker eller s\u00f8demiddel og til sidst havregryn.<\/p>\n<p>4) L\u00e6g bagepapir i en bageform og h\u00e6ld blandingen i. Bag ca. 15-20 minutter indtil havregrynene begynder at blive gyldne og kagen stadigv\u00e6k er bl\u00f8d.
