Usa un recipiente redondo apto para microondas.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Untamos el recipiente con un poquito de aceite de coco, para evitar que se pegue.<\/li>\n<li>Metemos en un shaker o vaso de batidora los ingredientes l\u00edquidos, la avena y la prote\u00edna.<\/li>\n<li>Lo batimos bien que no queden grumitos.<\/li>\n<li>Llenamos el recipiente hasta la mitad mas o menos, mas no por que rebosar\u00e1 al cocinarlo al microondas.<\/li>\n<li>Lo colocamos en el interior y lo ponemos a m\u00e1xima potencia 2 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez est\u00e9 cocinado lo volcamos en un plato y colocamos una onza de chocolate justo encima.
