INSTRUCTIONS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.) Preheat the oven to 175C. <\/span>2.) Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth. <\/span>Check if it is sweet enough and modify to your liking. <\/span>Pour the mixture into 5 silicone molds and bake for 20-25 minutes. <\/span>Let cool. <\/span>3.) Meanwhile, make the frosting. <\/span>In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil. <\/span>Add the <\/span><\/span>Isolated Beef Protein \u2122<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong> and the MPP (or peanut meal). <\/span>Add a teaspoon of Greek yogurt and stir to form a smooth paste. <\/span>To harden it a little, you can put it in the fridge. <\/span>Finally spread on the muffins once cold.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
