Having just survived a battle with the squat rack, or endured a night of pounding the pavements, you probably deserve this dessert, right??<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not for the faint-hearted though\u2026 It\u2019s an absolute juggernaut of macro-delight: packing a hefty 78g protein. That\u2019s enough protein to fuel a small nation!<\/p>\n

Do you have the gumption to tackle this\u00a0Peanut Flour Protein Pancake recipe\u00a0<\/strong>head on?!<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS:<\/h3>\n

1.) Add\u00a0egg whites<\/a>\u00a0to the blender and beat for 1 minute.<\/p>\n

2.) Add all of the other wet ingredients.<\/p>\n

3.) Next add all of the dry ingredients bit by bit.<\/p>\n

4.) Heat a small pan up to medium heat on the stove and add some oil.<\/p>\n

5.) Pour on pancake batter and leave until bubbles appear on the top before flipping over to the other side for another minute.<\/p>\n

6.) Repeat until batter has dissapeared. Top with melted\u00a0peanut butter<\/a>\u00a0and some Smarties.<\/p>\n
