Insomma \u00e8 adatta a tutti!!<br \/>\nPersonalmente l&#8217;adoro ed \u00e8 ottima quando si ha una\u00a0<b>voglia<\/b>\u00a0irrefrenabile\u00a0<b>di pizza<\/b>!!<\/p>\n<div>Vi svelo anche un mio piccolo segreto, io preparo diverse basi pizza che poi congelo, cos\u00ec le ho sempre pronte al momento del bisogno! \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>I<\/div>\n<div><b>PROCEDIMENTO<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>1\u00b0 FASE<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In una capiente ciotola versiamo la quinoa reale in grani, l&#8217;acqua e il succo di limone, mescoliamo e lasciamo in ammollo per 8-12h.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>2\u00b0 FASE<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Scoliamo la quinoa e sciacquiamola sotto l&#8217;acqua per 3-4 volte.<\/div>\n<div>Trasferiamola nel boccale di un frullatore potente.<\/div>\n<div>Aggiungiamo il sale, il bicarbonato, l&#8217;acqua e 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva.<\/div>\n<div>Frulliamo fino ad ottenere una crema liscia ma non troppo liquida (come la pastella per i pancakes).<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><a \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>Prendiamo una padella del diametro di 28 cm e ungiamola con il restante cucchiaio di olio e.v.o..<\/div>\n<p>Distribuiamolo bene con un pennello e versiamo la pastella.<br \/>\nRuotiamo la padella in modo da distribuire uniformemente tutta la pastella di quinoa.<\/p>\n<div>Andiamo ai fornelli, copriamo la padella con un coperchio e facciamo cuocere la base pizza per 10-15 minuti.<br \/>\nTrascorsi i primi 10-15 minuti, giriamo la pizza e proseguiamo la cottura dall&#8217;altro lato per altri 5-10 minuti. \u00a0Per la cottura in forno, leggi le note.<\/div>\n<div
