We houden allemaal van simpele recepten, het liefst zo makkelijk mogelijk. Dit recept is er zo een! Het duurt een paar minuten om te maken en het enige wat je nodig hebt zijn een staafmixer of hakmolen en een koelkast. Daarnaast is iedereen dol op cookie dough. Als kind deed je dit vast ook, snoepen van het rauwe koekjesdeeg. Met dit recept door Livia van SimplyBalancedLiv<\/a> hoef je dat niet meer stiekem te doen, want het is gewoon helemaal verantwoord + het bevat nog prote\u00efne ook!<\/p>\n

Zo maak je het<\/h2>\n

  1. Doe alle ingredi\u00ebnten behalve de chocolate chips in een kleine hakmolen\/ foodprocessor, en pureer tot een gladde pasta. Dit is nog steeds vrij stevig, net zoals koekjesdeeg.<\/li>\n
  2. Voeg de chocolate chips toe en meng ze er goed doorheen.<\/li>\n
  3. Deze pompoen cookie dough kan je een paar dagen in koelkast bewaren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
