Het is donker, koud en soms regent het zelfs, dan is die bank ineens wel heel aantrekkelijk. Maar om je er toch doorheen te slepen hebben wij nu 3 winterse WOD\u2019s voor je samengesteld.<\/p>\n<p>Belangrijkste verschil tussen winterse en zomerse WOD\u2019s is dat je in de winter iets moet doen waarbij je blijft bewegen. Je kunt geen training doen waarbij je alleen maar moet liften, hierbij koel je te veel en snel af.
