Men hur fungerar egentligen HIIT?<\/p>\n<h3>Vad \u00e4r HIIT?<\/h3>\n<p>HIIT st\u00e5r f\u00f6r &#8220;High Intensity Interval Training&#8221; med tr\u00e4ningsformat som best\u00e5r av korta intensiva tr\u00e4ningsperioder med korta vilopauser. Tr\u00e4ningspassen \u00e4r vanligtvis runt 20-25 minuter men kan vara s\u00e5 pass korta som 4 minuter och l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n 30.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ningspassets intensitet ska vara p\u00e5 maximal niv\u00e5 (85-95% av din maxpuls). Detta betyder att du m\u00e5ste ge allt du har under den korta tid du tr\u00e4nar. Tanken \u00e4r att du g\u00f6r samma m\u00e4ngd arbete som du skulle g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r du tr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 l\u00e4gre intensitet, men att du med HIIT utf\u00f6r samma m\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 kortare tid.<\/p>\n<h3>Exempel p\u00e5 HIIT tr\u00e4ning<\/h3>\n<p>Med HIIT kan du \u00e4ndra variabler i tr\u00e4ningspasset f\u00f6r att passa din tr\u00e4ningsniv\u00e5 eller dina tr\u00e4ningsm\u00e5l. Du kan redigera frekvensen av sets, intensiteten hos dina sets och l\u00e4ngen p\u00e5 dina sets. Till exempel kan du g\u00f6ra 15 sets av sprints p\u00e5 l\u00f6pband, p\u00e5 en 85% maxpuls, d\u00e4r varje set \u00e4r 40 sekunder med 20 sekunders vila mellan dina sets. Om du tr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 ett 2:1 tr\u00e4na-vila-f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande, kommer du att optimera f\u00f6rdelarna hos \u00f6vningen du utf\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ocks\u00e5 variera typ av HIIT tr\u00e4ning du g\u00f6r.
