H\u00e4r har vi tagit det gamla trogna receptet men uppdaterat det till en modernare variant &#8211; ekologiska ingredienser d\u00e4r det g\u00e5r och b\u00e4ttrat p\u00e5 inneh\u00e5llsv\u00e4rdena med lite protein.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingredisenser:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 f\u00e4rska dadlar<\/li>\n<li>1 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/se\/hela-mandlar.html\">mandlar<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2-3 msk ekologiskt kakaopulver<\/li>\n<li>1 skopa valfritt proteinpulver med valfri smak av cholkad ( tex <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/se\/pure-whey-protein-se.html\">Pure Whey<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/se\/micellar-kasein-se.html\">Micell\u00e4rt kasein<\/a> eller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/se\/vegan-proteinpulver.html\">Vegan proteinpulver)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Valfritt: sockerfri choklad + kokos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Om dadlarna inte \u00e4r riktigt f\u00e4rska, mjuka och saftiga s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg dem i bl\u00f6t n\u00e5gra timmar (ex. under natten).<\/li>\n<li>Mixa mandlarna med dadlarna till en massa. H\u00e4ll sedan i proteinet och kakaon och mixa samman allt.<\/li>\n<li>Om det blir f\u00f6r fast kan du ha i n\u00e5gon matsked vatten eller kallt kaffe.<\/li>\n<li>Forma till bollar eller rutor som p\u00e5 bilden.
