Den \u00e4r glutenfri, inneh\u00e5ller inget raffinerat socker, \u00e4r fullpackad med bra fetter, bra fiberinneh\u00e5ll och inneh\u00e5ller dessutom mycket protein!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r en beskrivning \u00f6ver hur hon gjorde:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>Botten<\/h4>\n<p>1. V\u00e4rm ugnen till 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. L\u00e4gg havregrynen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen i 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>3. Medan havregrynen \u00e4r i ugnen, hacka cashewn\u00f6tterna till sm\u00e5bitar. (Jag g\u00f6r detta genom att rulla in dem i en k\u00f6kshandduk och banka med en\u00a0kavel \u2013 det \u00e4r ett bra s\u00e4tt att bli av med stress ocks\u00e5!).<\/p>\n<p>4. L\u00e4gg 60 g dadlar i en matberedare tillsammans med lite vatten (ca 10 ml) och mixa tills det inte\u00a0finns n\u00e5gra stora bitar kvar \u2013 men det beh\u00f6ver inte vara helt sl\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ta ut havregrynen fr\u00e5n ugnen och (n\u00e4r de svalnat) anv\u00e4nd h\u00e4nderna f\u00f6r att blanda havregryn, dadlar och cashewn\u00f6tter.<\/p>\n<p>* Du beh\u00f6ver inte l\u00e4ngre ugnen s\u00e5 den kan du nu st\u00e4nga av.<\/p>\n<p>6. Bred ut blandningen i formen s\u00e5 att den formar en sammah\u00e4ngande massa som kan fungera som pajbotten.<\/p>\n<p>7. St\u00e4ll in formen i kylen i 20 min.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Kolakr\u00e4m och Bananer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1.) L\u00e4gg resterande dadlar (115g) i matberedaren tillsammans med ca 60 ml vatten och mixa tills en tjock kr\u00e4m bildas.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Bred ut kolakr\u00e4men p\u00e5 pajbottnen som du nu tagit ut ur kylen. Skiva sedan banan och f\u00f6rdela bananskivorna ovanp\u00e5 kolakr\u00e4men.<\/p>\n<p>3.) L\u00e4gg grekisk yoghurt i en sk\u00e5l och hall proteinpulvret med banansmak p\u00e5 toppen.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Anv\u00e4nd en elvisp och vispa ihop pulvret och yoghurten.Bred sedan ut yoghurtblandningen p\u00e5 pajen.<\/p>\n<p>3.) St\u00e4ll tillbaka pajen i kylen och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 minst 20 minuter innan den serveras.<\/p>\n<p>4.)
