At Bulk™, our commitment goes above and beyond. Sustainability is always at the forefront of our minds. As we mark Earth Day, we’d like to share our sustainable practice with you. This year’s theme is ‘Invest in our Planet’. We do this on a daily basis.
Reducing palm oil
We avoid using palm oil in our products as much as we can. And RSPO certified palm oil is used in the products that do contain it. We’re currently working with ingredient suppliers to eliminate palm oil completely.
Growing our vegan range
More of us are becoming increasingly aware of what we eat and where it comes from. We understand the rising demand for vegan products. Our innovation team continues to develop our vegan range to support those of you who eat with the environment in mind. Offering choice to our vegan customers, and those who want to introduce more plant-based products into their lifestyle, is a big priority for us.
Whether you want to shake it up with our Vegan Protein Powder, enjoy a snack break with a Gourmet Vegan Bar or supplement your healthy lifestyle with our Veganbiotic, our vegan range is designed with you, and our planet, in mind.
Minimising deliveries
The impact of transport on the environment is huge. We’re constantly looking at ways to improve the process. Increasing the amount of stock we hold on site means we can reduce the deliveries we receive.
Plastic-free packaging
Plastic is not our friend. Our vitamins are packed in European-sourced aluminium, one of the most widely recyclable materials on the market. 87% of our pouches are now fully home-compostable. The cardboard in all of our shipping boxes comes from sustainably managed forests. We’re also aiming to use even less plastic by exploring alternative materials for our scoops.

- Over 90% of all our packaging materials have transitioned to sustainable alternatives.
- 12 million pieces of single-use plastic have been removed from our packaging.
- Over one million boxes have been replaced with FSC certified cardboard.
Always evolving
This year’s target is to be over 95% sustainable in all of our single-use packaging. That’s just the beginning. We’re constantly changing. Ever evolving. We’re kind to the planet. And kind to you. Let’s make every day Earth Day. Together.
