All we know is that she finds solace in the kitchen and makes wonderful creations &#8211; none moreso than this <strong>Vegan Crunchy Peanut Butter Cereal Bars recipe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>High in fibre due to the inclusion of <strong>VitaFiber<\/strong>\u2122 powder, these bars are a great snack throughout the day, especially between meals.<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>1.) Add water and <strong>VitaFiber<\/strong>\u2122 into a bowl and whisk. Microwave for 30 seconds, whisk then microwave for a further 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Fold in <strong>peanut butter<\/strong> until well blended then add in the remaining ingredients until you get a mouldable consistency.<\/p>\n<p>3.) Press into a silicone loaf pan or mold into singular bars onto a lined tray and place in freezer for half hour.<\/p>\n<p>4.)
