You may have noticed that on the back of the re-brand, we\u2019ve been moving some of the products around, changing names.<\/p>\n
It may come as no surprise to you that one of the issues of our success has been the communicability <\/em>of our products and categories.\u00a0 So while word of mouth is great it didn\u2019t help when people recommended things like \u201cBULK POWDERS\u2122 whey protein\u201d. And we ended up with a lot of calls.\u00a0 So we\u2019ve tried to make it much clearer which product is which. More importantly, we wanted our core products to appear less generic.\u00a0 Our whey proteins are extremely high quality (as good as if not better than anything on the market) and so we think they deserve their own name.<\/p>\n Whey Protein Concentrate 82% –\u00a0 now Pure Whey Protein\u2122<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Whey Protein Isolate 90%\u00a0 –\u00a0 now Pure Whey Protein Isolate\u2122 90<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Whey Protein Isolate 97%\u00a0 – now Pure Whey Protein Isolate\u2122 97<\/strong><\/p>\n The products themselves are exactly the same.\u00a0 No change has been made to the ingredients or flavours.<\/p>\n PURE SERIES\u2122<\/strong><\/p>\n As part of the same process we have revisited the naming of the categories.\u00a0 Whereas we used to have the BULK POWDERS\u2122 range, which described the basic ingredient led products this was becoming unsustainable as a way of describing a particular group of products.\u00a0 The basic range is now therefore PURE\u2122.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We looked at \u201cBasic\u201d and \u201cCore\u201d as alternatives but they failed to convey the quality of the products.\u00a0 They are high quality and often the most expensive ones to source.\u00a0 And so we now call them PURE\u2122.<\/p>\n COMPLETE SERIES\u2122<\/strong><\/p>\n We have always used the term COMPLETE\u2122 to describe our blends.\u00a0 We have now decided to extend its meaning.\u00a0 A COMPLETE\u2122 product is not so much ingredient led; it\u2019s a solution to a problem or goal.\u00a0 So from a customer\u2019s point of view it provides simplicity (especially where a customer does not necessarily understand) and for everyone else it provides convenience.<\/p>\n As part of this change we have moved (and renamed) a number of products from the old PRO range.\u00a0 These include:<\/p>\n T-Surge\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – now Complete T-Booster\u2122<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Super Vits \u2013 now Complete Multivitamin Complex\u2122<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Thermol\u00a0 –\u00a0 now Complete Thermogenic\u2122<\/a><\/strong> + Complete Thermogenic Stimulant Free\u2122<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Joint Restore \u2013 now Complete Joint Restore\u2122<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nWhat does that mean?<\/h2>\n
