Love is… Protein, Chocolate and Nut Butter – what better combination! This Protein Peanut Butter Hearts Recipe is quick and easy and sure to impress more than your average box of chocolates this Valentine’s Day.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil on a low heat until combined.<\/li>\n
  2. Spoon enough of the mixture to cover the bottom of each heart silicone mould.<\/li>\n
  3. Place in the freezer for 3-5 minutes to slightly set.<\/li>\n
  4. Once the chocolate has set, put \u00bd tsp of Nuts About Whey\u2122 peanut butter into the centre of each mould and gently flatten with the back of a spoon.<\/li>\n
  5. Scoop more of the melted chocolate mixture into the mould to cover the peanut butter.<\/li>\n
  6. Return to the freezer for approximately 15 minutes before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
