These days of course it\u2019s social media, especially the image-focused platforms like Instagram which fill our feeds (and our minds) with impossible photos 24\/7.<\/p>\n<p>Do you ever get frustrated that you\u2019re not getting bigger, leaner, or snapping into shape fast enough?<\/p>\n<p>Social media has distorted our view of what is real, attainable, and possible for ourselves.
