Coffee.<\/p>\n<p>Mid morning snack: cinnamon and raisin bagel with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bulk.com\/uk\/foods\/nut-butters.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nut butter<\/a>.
