Mix in 1 scoop of protein powder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook on a medium heat until the protein is completely dissolved.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transfer into silicon moulds and leave to cool slightly.
