1.) Preheat the oven to 170C<\/p>\n
2.) Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.<\/p>\n
3.) Add in the wet ingredients, and blend or mix well until combined. Stir in the cacao nibs, if using.<\/p>\n
4.) Divide the batter between 12 lightly oiled mini cupcake silicone moulds.<\/p>\n
5.) Top with the chopped marshmallows and bake for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
