According to the history books, Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon. Unofficially, it was actually The Beltsander<\/a>, who landed there two years earlier in an attempt to retrieve new ingredients for his recipes. The findings of that mission do not exist.<\/p>\n

All we know is The Beltsander bakes like no other. Some might even go as far as saying his recipes are ‘out of this world<\/strong>‘. Maybe they are…<\/p>\n

Why not give this Savoury Sweetcorn Protein Pancakes recipe a try? It’s a high protein, high carb feast, absolutely perfect as a post-workout treat.

Instructions:<\/h3>\n

1.) Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.<\/p>\n

2.) Add the wet ingredients along with the sweetcorn and mix to form a stiff batter (you may need to add more almond milk if the batter seems too thick).<\/p>\n

3.) Put a frying pan on low heat, spray it with oil and fry spoonfuls \u00a0of the pancake batter, flipping them once.<\/p>\n

4.) Put a seperate pan on high heat and spray with oil.<\/p>\n

5.) Coat the chicken filet in BBQ seasoning and fry for about 5 minutes or until cooked, turning once.<\/p>\n

6.) Top the pancakes with the chicken and serve with BBQ sauce and salad.<\/p>\n
