Packing in all the key ingredients for delicious home-baked muffins, these Chia Seed Muffins are super easy to make and can be prepared and baked in just 30 minutes. Baking has never been so simple!<\/p>\n<p>High in protein (12 muffins contain a massive 65g protein), we&#8217;ve added Coconut Flour and Flaxseed Powder to the mix for added fibre and flavour. The protein content is derived from a combination of Whey Protein, Milk Protein and Egg Protein, all of which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BENEFITS OF BULK POWDERS\u2122 CHIA SEED MUFFIN MIX\u2122<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>32% protein contributing to a growth and maintenance of muscle mass<\/li>\n<li>Contains Chia Seeds and Chia Seed Powder<\/li>\n<li>Includes Coconut Flour and Flaxseed Powder<\/li>\n<li>Low in sugar and a source of fibre<\/li>\n<li>A great way of easy home baking<\/li>\n<li>Makes 12 delicious good-sized muffins<\/li>\n<li>Can be prepared and baked in 30 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Watch our &#8216;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0Z1yZ0cOaZg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How to Make BULK POWDERS\u2122 Chia Seed Muffins<\/a><\/strong>&#8216; video above, and read the full details below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 paper muffin cases<\/p>\n<p>2 large eggs<\/p>\n<p>200ml milk \/ water (or non-dairy milk e.g. almond or soya milk)<\/p>\n<p>3tbsp <strong><a title=\"Coconut Oil\" href=\"..\/..\/organic-virgin-coconut-oil.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coconut Oil<\/a><\/strong> \/ butter (melted)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 160\u00b0C \/ gas mark 3 (fan assisted oven \/ gas oven)<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk<\/li>\n<li>Melt the Coconut Oil \/ butter in a microwave (checking every 20 seconds).<\/li>\n<li>Add the 200ml milk, and Coconut Oil \/ butter to the mixing bowl, along with the eggs<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the BULK POWDERS\u2122 Chia Seed Muffin Mix and mix well with a spoon<\/li>\n<li>Spoon the mixture into 12 muffin cases (so that the muffins don\u2019t overflow, fill no more than half of the muffin case)<\/li>\n<li>Place on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and allow for the muffins to cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a cooling rack for a further 20-30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy your muffins as a high protein snack at any time of the day!
