All we know is, he is called\u00a0<strong>The Beltsander.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Try his <strong>Protein Ginger Nuts Recipe<\/strong> for a high protein snack, combining <strong>Pure Whey Protein\u2122<\/strong> and <strong>Vitafiber<\/strong>, that&#8217;s ready to eat in less than 20 minutes!<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>1.) Combine the water and <strong>Vitafiber<\/strong> in a pot and heat until the the mixture turns clear.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Add the <strong>Coconut Oil<\/strong> and allow it to melt in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>3.)
