In a saucepan, begin by heating up the milk on low heat, until it starts to smoke slightly. Then add gelatin sachets (one at a time) and whisk until completely dissolved.<\/p>\n 2.) Then, whisk in the VitaFiber\u2122 Powder<\/strong> scoop by scoop until dissolved.<\/p>\n 3.) Mix in LiquiFlav\u2122<\/strong> followed by Whey Protein<\/strong> and continue whisking until everything is combined.<\/p>\n 4.)
