All we can tell you is that <strong>The Beltsander<\/strong>, commonly known as the father of Odin, has produced something quite remarkable.<\/p>\n<p>Take a bite out of one of his <strong>VitaFiber\u2122 Rice Krispie Squares<\/strong> and you&#8217;ll understand what it feels like to be a person of greatness.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how he did it&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>Method:<\/h3>\n<p>1.) Add the <strong>VitaFiber\u2122 powder<\/strong> in a small pan on a low heat.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Add the 30 mls water and start to whisk the mixture to combine.<\/p>\n<p>3.) Keep whisking until to mixture turns from cloud to a clear syrup.<\/p>\n<p>4.) Add the <strong>whey protein<\/strong> and puffed rice to a separate bowl.<\/p>\n<p>5.) Pour the syrup into the <strong>whey protein<\/strong> quickly and carefully fold to combine.<\/p>\n<p>6.) Shape the dough into a square baking tray.<\/p>\n<p>7.) Bake at 170\u00baC for about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To make the topping:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n1.) Add the dry ingredients together in a mug, add the almond milk and mix.<\/p>\n<p>2.)
