Will my order be delayed because of Brexit?
No. We ship thousands of orders to Ireland each week, without any delays or issues. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
How does the bulk™ deliver to Ireland?
We use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them.
Your order will be shipped from England and delivered within 3-5 working days.

Orders are all fully tracked. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
How will my order be dispatched?
From Monday - Thursday orders made before 8pm will be dispatched by a courier that same day.
From Friday - Sunday all orders made before 3pm are shipped on a Sunday.
How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
As soon as we've dispatched your order, you'll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you've chosen. You’ll also get tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.
How can I track my order?
We'll email tracking details of your order to you along with your dispatch confirmation. If you're a registered customer you can also find these details by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
If you provide a mobile number, our delivery partner will send you SMS delivery notifications.
What happens if my goods arrive late?
If your order doesn't arrive by the intended date because of a dispatch or courier delay, please email our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team is on standby to assist you with any needs and will help deliver your order as quickly as possible.
How do I return my order?
We understand that you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below returns address within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed. We are not able to cover the cost of returns postage on standard returns.
