Our low calorie noodles alternative with 2.3g of glucomannan per 100g, providing the perfect meal accompaniment for athletes on an energy restricted diet.
Our Diet Noodles are made from popular weight loss ingredient glucomannan, which is a water soluble fibre sourced from the Amorphophalli konjac plant. Unlike normal noodles, this contains just 10 calories, 2.8g of fibre and absolutely no fat whatsoever, making it the perfect meal when compared to many carbohydrate based foods.
Glucomannan has been shown to contribute to weight loss* in the context of an energy restricted diet, as well as contributing to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels**.

When and how to use
1. Drain away excess fluid and rinse 2-3 times. 2. Leave in hot water for 1 minute. 3. Drain (pat dry extra moisture with a paper towel). 4. Add to stir fry, soups and salads.
WARNING: Consume with adequate fluid intake. There is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when ingesting with inadequate fluid intake.
