First chop the beetroot with the dates in a food processor until it is a creamy pulp. In a separate bowl, stir in the egg, egg white and powdery ingredients. If the whole thing gets lumpy, simply add the beetroot porridge and stir well again. Of course, taste the dough again and pimp with more Liquiflav if necessary. Then put the whole thing on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. The shorter you keep the baking time, the more liquid and juicy your brownie core is 🙂

It is best to enjoy the finished brownies slightly warm. My insider tip: top with nuts about whey! It then melts easily on the brownie and transports you directly to the food heaven <3
