Dear #TEAMBULK Member,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, we are prioritising the health and safety of #TEAMBULK employees and customers.

Following Government advice, we wanted to let you know about some of the steps we are taking as a business...

Employees

Many of our teams are working from home. We are encouraging video communication; running sessions on how to work from home effectively; and facilitating online workouts and wellbeing classes to promote mental and physical health.

For our remaining colleagues responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation: we’ve increased our cleaning, hygiene and sanitisation protocols; are promoting social distancing where possible; have communicated and implemented self-quarantine measures; and are ensuring that non-business critical visitors are precluded from entering any of our locations.

Customers

High demand

Despite incredible demand for our products (particularly Protein, Foods and Vitamins), we have a robust supply chain in place and do not expect to suffer from product shortages; there’s enough for everyone. As such, we do not recommend stockpiling and to protect against this, we have, reluctantly, introduced temporary limits on a handful of our most in-demand products.

Delivery Timeframes

We are currently shipping upwards of 99% of orders on time – so depending on your location, the majority of orders are being delivered within 24 hours in the UK, if a next day delivery service has been selected. This may change as things develop, but we will keep you informed.

Self-isolation

If you are self-isolating, our delivery partners are happy to deliver to your doorstep. Just request prior, or ask the driver upon arrival. You should not be asked to sign for your delivery.

Manufacturing

We manufacture over 80% of our products in-house. Our state-of-the-art facility has a 5 ★★★★★ Food Hygiene Rating and is GMP Certified. Naturally, however, we have elevated cleaning and sanitisation processes further.

Customer Service

Our dedicated customer service team are working across all platforms (phone, email and Facebook Messenger) to resolve enquiries within our usual timeframes. You may, however, experience some slight delays due to the increased volume they are dealing with.

As new information continues to become available, we will continue to keep our employees and customers updated.

In the meantime, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to all #TEAMBULK employees and customers for their loyal support during this unprecedented time.

An update on the steps we’ve taken to support NHS frontline staff

As the frontline NHS staff work tirelessly to face the current crisis, we’re forever grateful for their dedication.

Healthcare workers across the country have been looking after our communities day in, day out and as a small token of our endless appreciation and support, we’re pledging to donate 20,000 Bulk Powders products to frontline staff.
