But no-one has discovered The Beltsander famous dry rub recipe, handed down from generation to generation, until now. Impress your friends around the barbecue by serving up these unbelievable pulled pork rolls.
1.) Mix the ingredients for the dry rub together and apply it to the pork joint, ensuring its completely covered.
2.) Dissolve the stock cube and the Nuts About Whey in the boiling water and pour it into the slow cooker.
3.) Put the pork joint in to cook on low for at least 8 hours.
4.) Remove the joint
5.) Serve with bread rolls, barbecue sauce and coleslaw
