The triple nut butter is a natural nut butter made from roasted almonds, roasted hazelnuts and roasted cashews and contains no additives or preservatives. In addition, it contains 19 g protein per 100 g and is rich in monounsaturated fats. MANUAL

  1. Puree the strawberries and then stir in the other ingredients.
  2. After a few minutes, stir again properly so that the chia seeds are well distributed. Then let it swell for at least 10-20 minutes.
  3. Toast the protein bagels and coat with triple nut butter (approx. 20 g).
  4. Then spread the chia and strawberry jam on top and enjoy!
