MANUAL

  1. Puree the strawberries and then stir in the other ingredients.
  2. After a few minutes, stir again properly so that the chia seeds are well distributed. Then let it swell for at least 10-20 minutes.
  3. Toast the protein bagels and coat with triple nut butter (approx. 20 g).
  4. Then spread the chia and strawberry jam on top and enjoy!
