INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Drop all your ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
*Recommend a smaller blender like a Nutribullet as larger ones may not blend properly as they are meant to cater for a higher volume of contents.
2.) Pour into a bowl, top with whatever you fancy and bam, done! A perfect, nutritiously tasty post-workout.
