Love is … Protein, chocolate and peanut butter – is there any better combination? This recipe for protein-filled chocolate hearts with peanut butter is quick and easy to make and will definitely give a better impression than purchased chocolate on holidays such as Valentine’s Day or special occasions such as birthdays and weddings.
Directions:
1 .) Melt the chocolate and coconut oil on low heat until blended together.
2.) Add enough of the mixture to cover the bottom of all silicone hearts.
3.) Put in the freezer for 3-5 minutes to solidify.
4.) Once the chocolate has solidified, add 1/2 teaspoon of Nuts About Whey ™ peanut butter in the center of each mold and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
5.) Pour more of the chocolate mixture into the mold to cover the peanut butter.
6.) Add the freezer for another 15 minutes before serving.
