Peanut Flour Protein Pancake Recipe

Having just survived a battle with the squat rack, or endured a night of pounding the pavements, you probably deserve this dessert, right??
It’s not for the faint-hearted though… It’s an absolute juggernaut of macro-delight: packing a hefty 78g protein. That’s enough protein to fuel a small nation!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Add egg whites to the blender and beat for 1 minute.
2.) Add all of the other wet ingredients.
3.) Next add all of the dry ingredients bit by bit.
4.) Heat a small pan up to medium heat on the stove and add some oil.
5.) Pour on pancake batter and leave until bubbles appear on the top before flipping over to the other side for another minute.
6.) Repeat until batter has dissapeared. Top with melted peanut butter and some Smarties.
