Peanut Butter: Health Benefits

The peanut butter is a favorite products by fitness enthusiasts, but what are its health benefits?

Gym life and peanut butter go hand in hand. Peanut butter is present in all Instagram feeds of fitness lovers and in many food programs.

It’s easy to see why: it tastes incredible! It is buttery, rich in hazelnuts, lightly salty and artrichische any snack. But what are the real health benefits of everyone’s favorite snack?


It’s easy. Choose as natural as you can. Look for a peanut butter that mainly contains peanuts … and you’re done. A little salt is fine (but not necessary). Peanut butter needs no added oils. And it definitely shouldn’t contain sugar, palm oil, preservatives or other strange ingredients.

What about those “high protein” peanut butters ? We have one or two of them in our product range, so of course we think they have placed in a healthy diet. But again, avoid long lists of unnecessary ingredients and extras.


Aside from the taste, of course. Peanut butter is a food that is associated with a lot of health benefits, weight loss and muscle growth.

It is high in calories, which is a good thing if you eat it in adequate quantities. Hard gainers, or anyone who wants to gain weight, can get the necessary calories without having to take in a high volume of food that can be difficult to digest. And a small amount of peanut butter has the calories needed to sustain intense training sessions.

When you need calories, peanut butter is a great way to get the energy you need.It is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates, so it can actually support your fat loss goals (as long as you control your portions. !).

A natural peanut butter like ours is rich in monounsaturated fats, useful for controlling blood cholesterol (if eaten instead of saturated fats).

In addition, peanut butter is a fantastic all-round food. It is excellent for vegans, vegetarians, people with dairy intolerance and people who cannot eat gluten.


We will not judge you if you choose to eat your peanut butter directly from the jar (we all did it …). But here are some ideas:

– add it to protein shakes ( Pure Whey Protein ™ , oats and frozen fruit + peanut butter is our favorite recipe)

– spread it on rice cakes

– use it as a sauce or marinade for chicken breasts or steak

– making a sataym sauce

– mixing it with Greek yogurt or quark

– adding it to your porridge ( oats , whey, egg white and peanut butter = fantastic)
