INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a bowl, combine the protein powder and coconut flour. Then add in the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time until the mixture sticks together.
2. Shape into balls and then place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm.
3. Melt the chocolate and drizzle on top of the truffles. Leave to cool in the fridge until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
Recipe makes approx. 6 truffles.
