Instructions
1.) Preheat the oven to 165C.
2.) In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
3.) Add the wet ingredients and mix/blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate drops, if using.
4.) Divide the batter between 3-4 lined and lightly oiled mini silicone cases. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
