Raspberry Chocolate Nut Butter Sandwich

Instructions

1.) Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except for your nut butter of choice.

2.) Mix them very well, until you have a smooth batter. Add the batter to a deep lined baking tray.

3.) Let it bake for about 30-40 minutes on medium heat.

4.) Upon removing the mixture from the oven, allow to rest.

5.) Once it is cold enough to touch with your fingers, you can cut it horizontally through the middle in order to put the filling in it.

6.) Finally spread your Nuts About Whey™* on to the bottom of the cut half and put the other half of the loaf on top. There you go – a delicious loaf-sandwich, packed with protein 🙂
