According to the history books, Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon. Unofficially, it was actually The Beltsander, who landed there two years earlier in an attempt to retrieve new ingredients for his recipes. The findings of that mission do not exist.

All we know is The Beltsander bakes like no other. Some might even go as far as saying his recipes are ‘out of this world‘. Maybe they are…

Why not give this Savoury Sweetcorn Protein Pancakes recipe a try? It’s a high protein, high carb feast, absolutely perfect as a post-workout treat.


1.) Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.

2.) Add the wet ingredients along with the sweetcorn and mix to form a stiff batter (you may need to add more almond milk if the batter seems too thick).

3.) Put a frying pan on low heat, spray it with oil and fry spoonfuls  of the pancake batter, flipping them once.

4.) Put a seperate pan on high heat and spray with oil.

5.) Coat the chicken filet in BBQ seasoning and fry for about 5 minutes or until cooked, turning once.

6.) Top the pancakes with the chicken and serve with BBQ sauce and salad.
