Easter Protein Blondies

We all know that Easter time involves chocolate, and a lot of it. If you’re looking to get something a bit more from the sweet treat, then we have you covered with this delicious recipe for Easter Blondies. Not only will they satisfy your sweet tooth, but they are packed with protein and easy to make.

So hop to it and give them a try.

Ingredients (serves 8):

4 tbsp bulk™ Smooth Almond Butter
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 medium egg
4 tbsp bulk™ Oat Drink
4 tbsp bulk™ Ultra Fine Oats
1 scoop bulk™ Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 tsp bulk™ Cinnamon Extract Powder
Mini Easter eggs

 

Method:

Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan.
Add the almond butter, egg, oil and milk to a large bowl, then whip until well combined.
Add in the oats, protein powder and cinnamon. Mix to form a batter.
Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper, then top with the Easter eggs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, then leave to cool before slicing.
Enjoy!
