Get in the Valentine’s spirit with these Raspberry Protein Hearts. Each recipe makes up a batch of 10 mini hearts, with just under 40 calories of love per mouthful.


1.) Melt your coconut oil and then proceed to stir in the ingredients as listed, one by one using a whisk at first (for wet ingredients) then a spoon when a batter starts to form.

2.) Then fill your mould with the batter, it should be quite easy to handle. I used my fingers to press in.

3.) Stick in the freezer for about an hour until ready to pop from mould.

4.) Recipe yielded 10 mini hearts.
