Get a fix of high quality protein, slow-release carbs and healthy fats with this flippin’ Easy Lemon Pancake recipe, using some of our liquid egg whites, whey protein and coconut oil. Whisk your way to a healthier you!


1.) Whisk up your ingredients, everything except the coconut oil.

2.) Using a non-stick pan on medium- high heat start making your pancakes. Add tiny bits of coconut oil as you go along instead of all at once.

3.) They will cook quite quickly, so be ready to flip them over.

4.) Combine with a no-cal sauce for a macro-friendly pancake stack.
