Delicious ways to use our new Protein Spreads


Protein. Chocolate. Nuts. This winning ingredient combination forms our new, delicious range of Protein Spreads. A creamy, no-added-sugar alternative to your regular supermarket-grade toast-topper. Packed with protein, our Protein Spreads stack up very favourably compared to the spreads you are probably used to. Made in small batches in the UK with zero palm oil, 22g protein per 100g and a huge amount of flavour. Each one is made with real nuts and features a blend of rapeseed, shea and coconut oils. Choose from a classic Chocolate Hazelnut, branch out with White Chocolate Hazelnut flavour or try something completely new with our delicious White Chocolate Pistachio flavour.

A great way to add protein and flavour to smoothies, as a spread over toast or pancakes and even straight from the spoon! We shared some with #TeamBulk foodie ambassador, Nadia’s Healthy Kitchen.



White Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding

Serves: 2-4


85g bulk™ White Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Spread
235ml bulk™ oat drink
1 ½ tbsp cornflour
Optional toppings – melted bulk™ chocolate hazelnut protein spread and a chopped up Macro Munch™ Protein Bar


Add the oat drink and cornflour to a small saucepan and whisk until the cornflour has dissolved.
Add the white chocolate hazelnut protein spread, then cook on a low-medium heat mixing constantly until the mixture thickens.
Take off the heat and transfer into 2 serving glasses/dishes.
Leave to cool slightly, then transfer into the fridge to set for around an hour.


Chocolate Crunch Squares

Makes – 8 squares


For the base:
150g dark chocolate
50g bulk™ smooth peanut butter
40g puffed rice

For the topping:
50g dark chocolate
80g bulk™ Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Spread
20g bulk™ White Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Spread, melted


Add the puffed rice into a large bowl.
Add the dark chocolate and peanut butter into a heat-proof dish. Heat in the microwave for a few seconds until melted, then pour over the puffed rice.
Mix, then transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Add the chocolate hazelnut protein spread and dark chocolate into another heat-proof dish and melt in the microwave.
Pour over the puffed rice, then drizzle the melted white chocolate hazelnut protein spread. Use a tooth pick or sharp knife to create a swirl.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then slice into squares.
